Hello Guys,

Here is the list of requirements needed for OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate).




PHASE 1:

              Once you have all the needed document have a Xerox copy of the Original.


PHASE 2:

              You can submit this together with PHASE 1 documents:

               E-Registration Account (print the resume).



               PEOS (Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar) - you can do this once you have an account in                               POEA, This is only a module around 2 hours. Once done you will have your                                             certificate for PEOS and print it.



 

               Medical Certificate from DOH-Accredited Hospital / Clinic ( Validity 3 months)
                            - you can use the medical certificate you use when applying for a work permit as long                                 as it's within the validity period.

              For the Certificate of insurance, you can acquire this on paramount (Beside POEA Building) or if you have other choice there is no problem at least the benefits provided is under Section 37-A of RA 8042 as amended.


* Once you have the necessary documents, you can send an email to POEA for appointment due to pandemic.

For PDOS you can do it online (Zoom) while waiting for your name to be release @ POEA Website = They will provide you the email and set an appointment schedule for PDOS.

POEA CLEARANCE = Time to time check this if your name is already listed. Once your name is listed you can email at  DirecthirePhase2OEC@poea,gov.ph for your PHASE 2 schedule appointment (Include the PDF file of Notice number where your name is included)


Update: We already have our OEC from POEA (7-21-2021)
